Now Interviewing for Boot Camp Fitness Coaches!

Dear Prospective Boot Camp Fitness Coach,

Thank you for taking the time to visit this webpage. It is my hope that you have precisely what I need in a boot camp fitness coach so I can take this page down immediately and put you to work in the fun and rewarding coaching position I have available.

I am looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic personal trainer to begin coaching some of our current and new boot camp clients. My goal is to  expand to new locations  and to hire qualified boot camp coaches to fill these positions as soon as possible!

If you are hired for this coaching position, you'll begin training over a 4 week periods which will include shadowing classes and eventually demonstrating your abilities in these classes.

Bottom line:  This position starts at $20 per hour . You will be paid as a contractor and have the opportunity to move up after a 90-day trial period.
There may also be room for advancement to a boot camp trainer supervisory position.

You will find me to be fair, respectful and appreciative.  You will be compensated fairly, treated fairly and be part of a winning team...and I will certainly look for ways to pay you more for your efforts if they warrant it.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys working with people and making a difference in the lives of others... because that's what we do in my program.

Tasks You Will be Expected to Perform

• Assist in the development of comprehensive, motivating and fun fitness programs for clients: You'll receive coaching,  training and workouts on our fitness system and programs, but you'll have flexibility to incorporate your training style and knowledge.

• Tracking client progress: In order to ensure a client's success on our programs, you'll need to track progress, current successes and challenges, possibly review client nutrition journals and more on a weekly basis.

• Perform fitness evaluations: Ideally, you'll have some fitness assessment skills and can test for: body composition, bodyweight, girth measurements, blood pressure, heart rate and various strength and flexibility tests. You do not need previous experience, but if you do, that's a bonus.

• Demonstrate Proper Exercise Instruction: This is a big one. I need you to be able to provide proper coaching, instruction, exercise modifications and plenty of motivation during a boot camp training session. You should have a working knowledge of the human body (i.e. muscles, movements, functions, etc.) and be able to provide appropriate exercises and modifications for client's goals while instructing in a small group environment.

• Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education: Our clients rely on us to service all of their health and fitness needs. It will be your job as a boot camp fitness coach to provide clients with health and fitness education on various topics that will empower them to lead healthy lives forever. You'll be provided with the educational tools and resources they will need to reach their goals and will be expected to study them and speak about them with your clients. We also spend time covering this in our staff meetings.

You will be required to carry your own cell phone in case of emergency, attend staff meetings, assist with events.

You must be comfortable conversing in person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally. You must be able to deliver clear and concise instructions to clients. I'll teach you everything you need to do during a training session, but I can't teach you manners and professionalism.

This is an exciting environment and you must be able to show your clients that you are enthusiastic and energetic while working with them. You must also be willing to work as a team player.
